Eligibility

Holder of an Employment Pass or S Pass

Hold an S Pass / Employment Pass (EP) / Personalised Employment Pass (PEP) / Entrepreneur Pass / Tech Pass / Overseas Networks & Expertise Pass (ONE).

Provide at least six months of the latest payslips / relevant documents.

You may also include your spouse and any unmarried child(ren) below 21 in your application.

Spouse or Unmarried Child (aged below 21), of a Singapore Citizen or PR

Are legally married.

Unmarried child aged below 21 years old, born within the context of a legal marriage to, or legally adopted by a Singapore Citizen or PR.

Aged Parent of Singapore Citizen

Are biological parent of a Singapore Citizen aged above 21 years old.

Are legally adoptive Parent of a Singapore Citizen aged above 21.

Foreign Student studying in Singapore

Resided in Singapore for more than two years at the point of application.

Passed at least one national exam (i.e., PSLE or GCE 'N'/' O'/'A' levels) or are in the Integrated Programme (IP).

Foreign Artistic Talent

Possess relevant training/education and professional experience in your field of practice.

Have outstanding achievements in Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Literary Arts, Design and/or Media.

Made significant contributions to Singapore's arts and cultural scene, with a strong track record of local engagements at leadership level.

Have concrete future plans to be involved in Singapore's arts and cultural sector.

Foreign Investor

Option A: Invest S$10 million in a new business entity or in the expansion of an existing business operation in Singapore.

Option B: Invest S$25 million in a GIP-select fund3 that invests in Singapore-based companies.

Option C: Invest S$50 million in a new or existing Singapore-based single-family office having Assets-Under-Management (AUM*) of at least S$200 million.
